What is the structure of the learning journey?

The learning journey is structured into three units: Finding Your Hidden Gems, The Airport World, and Facets of Excellence. Each unit contains bundles that consist of multiple modules, which are the core learning content. The units are designed to build skills progressively.

How long does each unit take to complete?

Each unit takes approximately 3 to 5 hours to complete, depending on the complexity and the learner's pace.

What is the average length of a module?

Modules typically range from 10 to 15 minutes and include videos, readings, and interactive activities.

What methods are used to deliver the learning content?

Learning content is delivered through a combination of video lectures, scenarios, and quizzes to enhance engagement and retention.

How can participants earn a certificate?

Participants can earn a certificate by completing all modules within a bundle. The certificate is issued automatically upon completion.

What happens if a participant fails to complete a bundle?

Participants who fail to complete a bundle will not receive a certificate of completion.

Can participants access their learning materials after completing a bundle?

Yes, participants can access all completed modules for revision and further learning even after finishing.

Are there any assessments to evaluate participant progress?

Yes, assessments are conducted at the end of each bundle and unit to track progress and completion.

How are participants evaluated for their performance?

Participants are evaluated through a final reflection at the end of each bundle.

Is there a limit to how many times a participant can retake assessments?

No, there is no limit on retaking assessments.

What support is available for participants who fall behind?

Participants can be encouraged to return to the platform through scheduled reminder emails.

How is participant engagement monitored?

Engagement is monitored through the Report Center, which tracks participant activity and progress.

Can participants skip bundles if they are familiar with the topic?

Participants have the option to choose between bundles within the Finding Your Hidden Gems unit. However, all bundles within The Airport World and Facets of Excellence must be completed to ensure full understanding.

What technology is required to participate in the program?

Participants need a computer or mobile device with internet access. The program is web browser-based and accessible on multiple devices.
