This Policy applies to individuals participating in Airport Service Stars or related programs, whether directly through a Sponsor (customer) or through a Partner (contracted entity that provides participants).









I. DATA WE COLLECT

A. Personal Data Provided by Individuals or Their Employer (Partner).

Regali Inc collects personal data when individuals or their Partner enroll them in Airport Service Stars or related programs, when they register on our platform, engage with program content, or communicate with us. The information collected may include:

  • Identity Data – Full name, job title, and employer (Partner).

  • Contact Data – Business address, work email address, and phone number.

  • Program Participation Data – Enrollment details, progress, completion status, and feedback.

  • Marketing Preferences and Survey Responses – Communications preferences, survey responses, and program-related feedback.

  • Customer Support and Inquiry Data – Information provided when requesting support or making inquiries.

  • User-Generated Content – Any content submitted by the participant within Airport Service Stars or related programs.

B. Data Collected Automatically.

When individuals interact with Airport Service Stars or related programs, we may collect certain data automatically through the use of cookies, server logs, and tracking technologies. This includes:

  • Device and Network Data – IP address, browser type and version, operating system, time zone settings, and other technical identifiers.

A. Participants Enrolled Under a Sponsor (Customer) Account.

Regali Inc processes data from individuals participating in Airport Service Stars or related programs through a Sponsor (customer), which is an entity that makes a payment to Regali Inc to provide access to the program. A Sponsor may either:

  1. Directly provide participants with access to Airport Service Stars or related programs, or

  2. Engage a Partner (contracted entity) to provide participants with access.

Regali Inc processes data for the following purposes:

  • Enabling access to Airport Service Stars or related programs.

  • Tracking participation, progress, and program completion.

  • Providing technical support and customer service.

  • Conducting analytics to improve program functionality.

  • Ensuring security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

B. Participants Enrolled Under a Partner (Contracted Entity) Account.

For individuals whose Partner has enrolled them in Airport Service Stars or related programs on behalf of a Sponsor, Regali Inc processes data based on contractual obligations. A Partner is an entity contracted by a Sponsor to provide participants for the program. A Partner may or may not make direct payments to Regali Inc.

Regali Inc processes data for the following purposes:

  • Managing participant enrollment and program access.

  • Tracking engagement, participation, and program completion.

  • Ensuring compliance with program requirements and reporting obligations.

  • Conducting security monitoring and fraud prevention.

C. Participants with a Direct Relationship with Regali Inc.

For individuals who engage directly with Regali Inc, data is processed for:

  • Managing access to Airport Service Stars or related programs.

  • Communicating program updates, policy changes, and notifications.

  • Conducting analytics for program improvement.

  • Sending marketing communications, where applicable and permitted by law.

D. Website Visitors and Other Interactions.

Regali Inc processes data from website visitors and individuals who contact us for inquiries. This includes data collection for:

  • Communication and customer service purposes.

  • Website functionality, analytics, and performance monitoring.

  • Business operations and program development.









III. DISCLOSURE OF DATA

A. With Sponsors and Partners.

If an individual is enrolled in Airport Service Stars or related programs under a Sponsor (customer) account, relevant program-related data may be shared with the Sponsor and, where applicable, with any Partners (contracted entities) that provide participants for the program.

B. With Service Providers.

Regali Inc may share data with third-party vendors that provide support services, including IT infrastructure, data analytics, and customer service operations. These vendors are contractually obligated to handle personal data securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

C. For Legal and Compliance Purposes.

Regali Inc may disclose personal data where required by law, such as in response to legal processes, government requests, or regulatory investigations. We may also disclose information when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of individuals, investigate fraud, or ensure compliance with legal obligations.

D. In Business Transfers.

If Regali Inc undergoes a merger, acquisition, or corporate restructuring, personal data may be transferred to the new entity under appropriate safeguards.
